TRX and Pregnancy

I LOVE using my TRX with my pregnant clients. The TRX allows you to use your own bodyweight for workouts and to modify exercises fairly quickly.

Here are some of my favorite total-body exercises that you can do at-home or the gym. They are all perfectly safe for any trimester. To make these harder, walk closer to the TRX anchor. To make them easier, walk further away (noted on the video).

Make sure you have plenty of water during exercise and consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.
