What is C- Curve?

Pilates is all the rage right now. Which is great! However, if you are pregnant or newly postpartum, some of the exercises might not be best for you. Particularly one called "C-Curve".
C curve is an abdominal bracing exercise that encourages length in the low back. It requires some flexibility and a LOT of core strength.
