I created this 15 minute stretch and refresh series for one of my clients who travels frequently. If you need a reset, do this.

Do this before bed or after a long day.

No equipment needed
All you need is a mat or a beach towel.

Target the areas you need lengthened the most
Stretch your low back, neck, shoulders, and hips. These are the most common pain points for moms. Unlock your pelvic floor, ribcage, and connect to your core.

Reconnect and rewire your brain for peace
We end with some breathwork. Why? Because it works to find your peace and calm. No matter how hectic your day was, you'll find a new appreciation for the chaos and refocus your energy to be more productive and peaceful.
