You're done having kids. Now what?

I'll say this again. Pregnancy is temporary, Postpartum is forever.

Staying in shape is a lifelong task.
This is for my mommas of school-aged kiddos. We're back to work, or we are staying home. Either way we are BUSY and our bodies need more than just your average workout. In my 20 years of working with parents I can attest that your workouts need more. You are not 20 anymore. Your workouts shouldn't be the same. With kids, we have different movement patterns and lifestyle barriers.
This page is dedicated to your needs as a parent. Maybe you need tips on how to stay active during your family's vacation. Or how to carve out shorter workouts while the kids are at school. Or how to find gaps to exercise while you're working.

*Please consult with your Physician and OB/Midwife before starting any new exercise routine. Sarah Ann is not a doctor and cannot diagnose, prevent, or prescribe exercise, but she sure knows her stuff. Do not exercise when you are feeling unwell or if your doctor has recommended against it.*

I also have tips for raising healthy kiddos (I have 3), how to find motivation when you're exhausted, how to build strength in a short amount of time, and how to do cardio without peeing your pants. If you have a specific question contact me here!
