You can't get to where you want to go without knowing where you are starting from
2025, for many of us, cracked us open.
We can only learn from our experiences, good or bad. Regardless of where you are starting from physically, we need to address your set point. The goal of this workout isn't only to push you physically, but to explore your wellness on a cellular level. If you are looking to make regular exercise fit in your very busy life this year, this is where you start.
This workout is going to be VERY different from what you might have done before. We are going to start with a somatic body scan and end with a two-minute meditation.

You'll need:
Please grab a kettlebell or something heavy, a medium/ heavy and light set of weights, an optional ball or block, a mat, and plenty of water. You might also want to keep a notebook or your phone handy so you can record your process and track your strength as the year goes on.
My Virtual Training clients revisit their progress every three months- so I would love for you to do the same.
