Finding time, focus, and space can be really frustrating when it comes to at-home workouts. Creating a space that's safe for baby and motivating for you will increase the likelihood of actually getting it done.

I was recently interviewed on the Let's Get Cozy Podcast and shared my tips for the basics of creating a home workout space and how to make your gym workouts cozier and more fun. You won't need a bunch of money or space, either!
