Introducing - Beyond!

If you are a mom with school aged kids, this is for you.

I created MomTrainer.com when I moved from NYC to LA. I wanted a space to connect with the moms I was leaving.


That was almost 15 years ago. Since then I've moved in all different spaces and I'm so thankful to stay connected with such incredible women.


I work with a LOT of (obviously) prenatal and postpartum people. This is the bulk of who I teach and who I create courses for. However, most of my training clients at this point are no longer having babies.


So I created a space on my website just for them. This is an area where I will share my freebies, blog posts, and programs for moms of older kiddos. We don't need as much pelvic floor training, but we definitely need specialized workouts. In my own experience, most moms of older kids lack time, energy, and consistency. We are the ones who need workouts designed for increased bone density, HIIT training, and in a much shorter time frame.

Please share my new resource "Beyond" with a friend who is going through it. I'll be sharing my favorite productivity science, nutrition porgramming, shorter and harder workouts, and goal setting workshops there.
