Pregnancy and Postpartum Modifications- Wrist Pain


Let's chat wrist pain.

There are 2 kinds that I see the most: Carpal Tunnel (usually begins in the second or third trimesters and dissappears after birth *phew*) and generalized wrist pain (usually caused by an overuse of the wrists from childcare).

Obviously, neither of these sound particularly fun. Generally, most moms wear some sort of brace or wraps during exercise, which can certainly help. Hydration, healthy nutrition, and regular movement can help alleviate some symptoms as well.
