Sick of going to the gym, knowing you're supposed to do cardio but don't know what to do? This quick and dirty 20 minute workout will have you safely sweating for a perfectly safe workout. This is a PDF that you can download to your phone and follow along. This is suited for a recumbent, upright, spin, or trainer bike. You can do this workout at all stages of pregnancy, and 3 months postpartum. Many of my non-pregnant clients find this challenging enough for a quick workout, too!
