Hey there! First of all thank you so much for your interest in working out with us! Here’s a little bit more information about the classes that I teach in Denver.
We are located in the city park area and locations rotate throughout the week. Once you’ve completed your form I will text you the address and any additional details on where to meet.
BYOBaby Questionnaire and Waiver
Classes are often held in my backyard, which is a fenced-in space with blankets for babies to crawl around and toys for older kiddos to play with. . You are welcome to bring toys to share as well as snacks! The ages have ranged from newborn to about four years old.
The work out itself is a 45-minute slice of my signature MomTrainer Method. I’ve been working with moms for over a decade and everything is prenatal and postpartum safe.
I use a combination of TRX, kettle bells, heavy and light weights, low-impact/ high-intensity interval training, along with Pilates and deep breathing exercises to effectively tone your entire body and target a postpartum core. All exercises can be easily modified for any injuries or medical concerns you may have.
This class is also a safe space. I like to think of it as a mama circle with dumbbells. This is a place where you can ask lots of questions about your pelvic floor, returning to exercise, and anything else that’s on your mind!
Classes will be rescheduled in the event of bad weather. These classes are also pay what you can. I accept cash or Venmo and bottles of wine. Most people pay anywhere from $10-$20.
