With our one-on-one session, you get to ask me all of your burning fitness questions that your heart desires. We can cover recommendations to your personal needs and goals. Can't wait to meet you!

Cancellation Policy

Canceling your session within 24 hours will result in a lost session (emergencies are permitted upon my decision- you will not get charged if you have to go to the hospital, but you will get charged if you bail on me for a shopping spree). Purchases must be made (see shop) for sessions 24 hours before session start.
