You can't get to where you want to go without knowing where you are starting from
This workout is going to be VERY different from what you might have done before. We are going to start with a somatic body scan and end with a two-minute meditation. The goal of this workout isn't only to push you physically, but to explore the mind-body connection.

You'll need:
Please grab a kettlebell or something heavy, a medium/ heavy and light set of weights, an optional ball or block, a mat, and plenty of water. You might also want to keep a notebook or your phone handy so you can record your process and track your strength as the year goes on.
