Hi! I'm so excited to give YOU the tools that you will need to teach a successful Barre class. We will cover everything from Prenatal Hormones (and what we can do to help our clients deal with these) to Structural changes in the third trimester.
I've been teaching Prenatal and Postpartum Group X for over a decade and I promise you, this cohort needs us. You will honor their needs and help them feel confident, capable, and strong in their changing bodies. HIIT WORKOUTS WON'T KILL YOU.
Cortisol seems to be on the top of everyone’s hate list right now. Look, I get it. I also have a love-hate relationship with cardio. But please don’t be fooled by these false facts circling around the internet. What is C- Curve?
Pilates is all the rage right now. Which is great! However, if you are pregnant or newly postpartum, some of the exercises might not be best for you. Particularly one called "C-Curve". C curve is an abdominal bracing exercise that encourages length in the low back. It requires some flexibility and a LOT of core strength.
